Submission Content Policy

Every Submission must be lawful, accurate enough to identify the product, safe to visit, and supplied by someone with authority to provide it.

Questions or verified requests: support@pikkai.com

Prohibited content and conduct

  • Illegal, infringing, stolen, or unauthorized material.
  • Malware, credential theft, unsafe downloads, scams, fraud, or deceptive commercial conduct.
  • Impersonation, fabricated affiliation, misleading identity, or materially false product claims.
  • Personal or confidential data shared without authority, doxxing, stalking, or privacy violations.
  • Hate, harassment, exploitation, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual material, or severe graphic violence.
  • Attempts to evade review, manipulate directory signals, abuse links, or interfere with Pikkai and its providers.

Review and enforcement

Pikkai currently uses automated OpenAI moderation for implemented text safety categories and uses deterministic completeness, website, ownership, and qualification checks. Other violations are handled through reports and Operator review. Automated review can miss context and does not certify a product’s quality or legality.

Pikkai may request changes, reject, correct, limit, Unpublish, or remove a Submission or link. Serious or repeated abuse may disable account access. Emergency or legal action may occur without prior notice.

Reports and one appeal

Report a product through its public page or the Support Channel. A verified Maker may request one human Policy Appeal for a Needs Changes, Rejected, or Unpublish decision. Include the Submission and the specific reason the decision should change. Pikkai promises no fixed appeal response time and may keep the original decision.
