IP & Copyright Reports

• Your name, contact address, and the authority under which you act.
• The Pikkai page and the specific material or link at issue.
• The protected work, mark, identity, or other right and where evidence can be reviewed.
• A good-faith explanation of the claimed violation and the requested action.
• A statement that the report is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act.

Pikkai may ask for verification or more precise evidence, forward the substance of a report to the Submission Owner, and correct, limit, or Unpublish disputed content while reviewing it. False or abusive reports may be rejected and can lead to access restrictions.

A verified Maker may send one response explaining ownership, authorization, license, fair use, nominative use, or another relevant basis. Pikkai may keep content unavailable while a dispute is unresolved and may require the parties to obtain a court or authority decision.
