Terms of Service

Pikkai is an independently operated directory available to a global audience in English. By using a submission or Checkout action, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Submission Content Policy. If you submit for another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind them and to provide the submitted material.

You keep ownership of your product and submitted material. You grant Pikkai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, moderate, reproduce, resize, index, display, and distribute the Submission while it is Published and during the 90-day recovery period after Unpublish. The license includes Pikkai-owned organic website, social, and newsletter promotion. Paid advertising or an endorsement claim requires separate consent.

Submission and payment do not promise acceptance, publication, placement, traffic, ranking, indexing, backlink value, or an exact publication date. Pikkai may correct, limit, reject, qualify, or Unpublish invalid, unsafe, infringing, abusive, or disputed content.

Paid Submit is a one-time US$5 charge before applicable provider tax. It has no subscription, auto-renewal, or recurring fee. Verified payment waives Badge verification for one bound Submission and makes that Submission eligible for the expedited Paid review and release lane. The qualification cannot transfer to another Submission.

A voluntary full-refund request is eligible during the seven calendar days after payment only until Pikkai accepts the first formal Submit. That accepted Submit ends ordinary change-of-mind eligibility. A full refund may also apply to a final safety rejection, duplicate or incorrect charge, complete Pikkai service failure, mandatory law, or a Pikkai-caused failure to provide a final review outcome within seven calendar days after the first accepted Paid Submit. Time blocked by missing or incorrect Maker input is excluded. A completed refund revokes the Paid Submit qualification and leaves the Submission record intact.

Free Submit website links are identified as user-generated. Paid Submit and Pikkai-curated editorial links use ordinary link treatment. Pikkai makes no promise about crawling, indexing, ranking, link weight, or permanent link qualification and may qualify or remove a link for legal compliance or abuse control.

Pikkai does not control or guarantee a listed product’s quality, safety, availability, claims, accuracy, privacy practices, or fitness for a purpose. A listing creates no partnership, agency, sponsorship, or endorsement. Use third-party products at your own risk. Pikkai is provided as available and may change, suspend, or discontinue features or listings.

To the extent permitted by law, Pikkai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Pikkai’s total liability for claims connected with the service is capped at the greater of US$100 or the fees you paid to Pikkai during the six months before the claim. This cap does not apply where applicable law prohibits exclusion or limitation.

These V1 Terms contain no governing-law venue, arbitration clause, or class-action waiver. Mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply.
